radio frequency signals to exchange information between your 802.11b-compliant
device and the Internet. No cables are required to access the Internet.

Getting
Set Up To begin, simply turn on your device. Your
laptop or PDA should automatically find the network (OSUAP-TRM), if not review
your device’s documentation on how to find wireless signals. No special
encryption settings, SSID, usernames, or passwords are required.

Airport’s Wireless Service?
There is no charge to use the wireless
service provided at The OSU Airport. The wireless service is open to all
visitors.

What Must I Have in Order
to use the Wireless Service?
You must have a computing device such as a
laptop computer or a PDA with an 802.11b-compliant wireless card or built-in
wireless hardware. At this time, The OSU Airport cannot supply users with
wireless NIC cards.
Can the Airport Help me Configure my
Wireless Device?

his or her own equipment. The Ohio State University Airport cannot be
responsible for any changes you make to your computer’s settings. Consult your
device’s documentation for further instruction.
